I thought the price for a pan gasket was super expensive but the quality is fantastic. Now that I've used it I know it was worth it. And it is reusable. Good gasket but price could be better.

I bought this gasket to insure it was not going to fail soon after installation. The cost was fairly high for a gasket, but I expect it to last. The description indicated that it could be reused. It was no hassle installing it, the gasket is thick rubber, and no need for gasket sealer.

Moroso makes a quality silicone gasket. I bought this to try with my 48RE stock transmission pan with the intent to also try it with my MagHytec pan in the future. The factory o-ring gasket is great. Nothing wrong with it, but I wanted to try the Moroso gasket to see the quality for future purchases of these silicone gaskets for other applications. I like to test things out for myself before using a product on a customer job. No fault of the gasket, but I think it's helpful to note that I would not recommend using this silicone gasket with the aftermarket cast aluminum transmission pans as the gasket is fairly thick and the provided bolts are not long enough to compensate for the added thickness. Also, torquing the cast aluminum pans down to spec with the silicone gasket is hard on the gasket and it squishes the gasket out the side and will tear the gasket over time. This shipped and arrived exactly as expected. Happy customer.

As soon as the engine got to temp it leaked, not the appropriate part for a 1988 Jeep Grand Wagoneer.Gave 3 stars, because it wouldn't let me leave a review without stars, but the product may work fine on another vehicle, just not this one.

I know the gasket is good. I never received the order yet . The seller does respond to emails good. was told its held up do to the floods in BC. Tracking shows part is in Alberta but no movement . I had to Go and pick one up at JB'S Power Center Edmonton.
