Despite the website warning me this nut did not fit my 2001 Honda Cr-v, the alternative had a six week shipping time. The nut (standard right hand thread) threaded exactly onto the shaft of my power steering pump and tightened up just fine. It needs, however, a different wrench. Honda oem nut takes 19mm wrench. This nut requires a slightly bigger size and I did not have exactly whatever size wrench it should be. But I used a 7/8 inch open ended wrench and it was ugly but that tightened it.
