I bought this tank bag for a road trip I was taking on my 18 Road Glide and it fit perfectly on my bike. Based on other reviews I read I did add some extra magnets to two of the magnet pouches, however my friend that was going on the trip with me bought one for his 18 Ultra and did not add any extra magnets and he also had zero issues with the bag moving or coming loose. I put 3,000 miles (including 3 trips along The Tail of the Dragon) on this bag and had zero issues with it. I was able to get in and out of the pouches easily while riding, even with gloves on. Both me and my friend were very happy with this bag and we will both be using it again and again.

I have bought a second bag now. The first bag lasted about 2 years and 18,000 miles. It's a big bag at 10 liters, I could put a 6 pack of 16oz beers in it NO problemo. You gotta hold it with your knees alittle though, due to the weight, or add the magnets from you second bag to your new bag and then they will be so strong they may dent your tank.

The water resistance is fine but I am NOT dragging that stupid cover around.The bag needs more magnets, a couple of times in high crosswinds the bag started to float making me nervous. I harvested rare magnets from old hard drives and placed a set of magnets inside the inner layer to prevent the lifting of the bag. now it is very very handy
