First time reviewing a product that is meant to be lit on fire and burned up... But that's ok. Some of the flavors have been a bit challenging to get from the usual sources, and I'd never tried cherry before. All good.One touch of advice for those using the cherry with a turkey breast. If you inject the meat with cherry juice AND smoke it over cherry wood, you'll get a really strong (and good flavor to it). But it'll look like you burned it. Don't freak out.

Normally we buy chips and did not catch it was chunks until we opened it. Took way to long to smoke and did not fit our need. If you want very large chunks that take much longer to smoke., then maybe these are for you.
