I really liked this variety pack as this was my first attempt at smoking with wood chips. Lots of different flavors to play with which gave me an opportunity to learn what goes well with different meats. (Pecan for chicken, cherry for tri-tip, and post oak for burgers is my current go-to.)Western seems like they really make a great high-quality product, I've kept ordering their products once I went through a couple of these bags.

We use a Masterbuilt charcoal chimney and I love to sprinkly in wood chips if I'm grilling. It's fun having so many different wood types to experiment with.

I have been using Western for decades and they never disappoint. Soak these in water a day prior and you will get plenty of smoke on a charcoal grill. Add some cherry for the best tasting brats.

These chips are great for grilling or smoking food. They give a good flavor and last a while. 2nd time buying because we use them grilling every time. They work well and smell as labeled.
