Installed on my 85 f250, gonna re-arrange the cables later but besides that, distributor works great. Also got the msd ignition box, works great together. What’s nice is that msd gives a booklet with different ways to install depending on your setup, which was helpful. Would recommend!

This is a performance distributor that comes with an iron distributor gear. Can't order it with any other type gear, say for a solid roller cam. Changing the gear is a pain and you pretty much have to drill the shaft a second and fill time. For a $400 distributor, you should be able to choose the right on delivery
