It's so stiff, there's no way to force it over a 24mm pipe.

I wanted to use this product to wrap around a three-quarter inch Gardening pole to hold down covering on a veggie garden and the product is so hard to bend – really impossible - that I had to return it.

They seem sturdy -- perhaps overly so. They don't have any flexibility at all.

Good product, does what it says. Probably good to know they come small to the size quoted, so likely to hold well, but hard to clip on.
