Works great! It keeps my coffee piping hot for hours. I like that you can long press the timer button to turn off the lights that correlate with the temperature setting. I wish the cord was longer but that’s my only complaint. It looks well made and is definitely worth the price. I would highly recommend this to others!

I absolutely love this. I got it while it was on sale and it was definitely worth every penny! I had one previously and every time I turned it on it smells like burning plastic, to the point of where I couldn't use it anymore. This one has no negatives and I love the features of it. You can set the automatic timer in 2 hour intervals and the 3 heat levels are awesome. I can turn the heat down as my cup gets more empty, so it doesn't get too hot. It's also nice that the heat levels are color coded so you know which setting it's on just by looking.

I use this to keep my tea warm and I keep refilling the water and it stays warm as long as the temperature is at 170. Alternately, I use it to keep my room smells great with my scented candle on it. It works great!

I bought this mug warmer for my husband. He takes forever drinking one cup of coffee and heats it in the microwave several times. With this warmer he can leave it on there and come back to a nice warm cup of coffee. It's a great product at a great price! I highly recommend it.

Purchased for my entire team as Christmas gifts and they all love it. I got one for myself because I love to sip on a cup of something hot all day and this keeps one cup of a hot beverage at a great temperature all day. One of my employees uses it for her candle so that she does not have to light it in the office and it melts it from the bottom up and the smell is divine. I highly recommend
