It’s simple and has a simple design plus easy to use. I really like the LED colored lights. The temperatures work as expected and it has an accommodating base size for different size cups. The auto shut off is what really sold me.

Finally! I have had so many different types of these since 2002, I should start a museum!This is it. I’m all in. Perfect size for us because we like big cups and we cannot lie.The heat is perfect and the lights tell you the temperature the unit is. 113° turns a cool blue, 131° is purpley, and the red hot is 167°Just tap, and viola, you can rewarm your coffee if your ADHD has you leaving your coffee all over the place due to massive squirrel attacks all everywhere.

It definitely keeps my coffee and tea hot. But just be aware that pets can accidentally step on it and burn their paws. And it is hot.

This is a perfect addition to my desk. Keeps everything warm on the lowest setting and will actually steep tea on the highest temperature. The timer is great and it's fantastic that it shuts off automatically after 4 hours whether you set the timer or not. I love that feature. I also love it that you can choose to have a ring light be on or not when the heating tray is turned on. This is an excellent reminder that it's on. Totally worth it. I will probably be buying another one for other rooms in the future.

Loved this cup heater at first. However after about 30 days the lights quit working. Without the lights the unit can be very hot and there is no visual that the power is on. Without the heat level lights the unit is dangerous and thus useless. Sorry to say I can't recommend this to anyone.
