I'll bet this works well as a coffe warmer, but I use it to heat massage oil for a healing treatment that I do at my acupuncture practice and it works great for that purpose, too!

Bought this mug warmer 9/30/2023 and it did not even last one year. Stopped working on 4/27/2024. Enjoyed it while it worked. Irritated that I need to buy another one already. Buyer beware. // 6/24/2024: Customer Service reached out to me to respond to my review and sent me a replacement Coffee Mug Warmer. It appears to be a better quality unit with the bottom button that triggers the heat more durable/heavier than the original unit purchased. Time will tell. Happy I am drinking hot coffee again while I work.

My husband loves this warmer. It keeps his coffee hot for as long as the cup is on the warmer. You cannot control the temperature but don’t really don’t need to. Also there is not an on/off button, but again this is perfect because you don’t need one! The weight of the coffee cup on the warmer turns it on. Remove the cup and the warmer turns off! Its actually aesthetically ok too!

(Please see edits at the end)As the title states, it worked fine, at first, but after a couple of weeks of fairly consistent use, it no longer keeps drinks hot... or even warm, for that matter.Pros: It's compact and simple to useCons: Stemming from being "simple to use" it has no real on/off switch. It has a soft "saftey" switch on the bottom, of which, activates the the hot plate when a beverage cup is placed upon it.The cord length was adequate but could have been a foot longer for a bit more convenience.And last, it simply no longer works well. It doesn't stay or get hot anymore, and thus, no coffee mug nor hot drink container will stay hot or even warm, after only a couple of weeks of use.Edit (11/03/2022):After placing my review I was contacted by the seller and was offered a replacement. I accepted and have recently received that replacement. I will let my mother use this replacement for a couple of weeks before making an official change to the review of the product.However, I'd to give a big thank you to the seller for reaching out and attempting to solve this issue. It is greatly appreciated. If I could give stars to the seller, it would certainly be better than the review of the item, thus far. But, as I stated above, I should have a follow-up review in due time.

Worked great for less than a year & then just stopped working also it doesn’t have a on off switch it has to be unplugged so over all ok for the price but I won’t buy it again

Wish it stayed on for a much longer time but I appreciate the safety feature of this product so I can deal with that. Obviously, it is an easy product to use..No learning curve involved... The last beverage temp product I tried was literally 30 yrs ago at work! LOL... Yes, I'm old. That one stayed on till it was turned off and a couple times the cup didn't have enough liquid in I found it dried up and caked onto the coffee cup! I guess I was lucky it didn't explode due to the heat!I like that my coffee remains at the PERFECT drinking temperature while resting on the warming surface! And if I leave, it will automatically turn off. I have adjusted to that safety feature. The only thing I think I would try next time is a rechargeable product. Having to remain plugged in is a little bit of a hassle but I'm dealing with it.

It is great for keeping the temp of hot drinks, but I am smelling burning plastic everytime it is in use. Hope it does not persist.

You need a flat bottom cup to work better. It does heat up well and turns on easily. It's also pretty good looking. Easy to use.

Unit is fine. Bigger than I think they make it look in photos. Issue I have is on the main heating side they have a pretty obvious spelling mistake where they spell Notice without the e (Notic) and it worries me that they don’t QC properly. So I’m returning the unit because I don’t feel like having it burn down my house if they test the insides like they do basic spelling.
