I'm a musician at my church. While our platform lights are nice, they aren't any focused where the music stand is placed. I had a single stand light but when it came to a 2-page chord chart, it wasn't sufficient. I remember watching a YT video with TSO and the keyboard player had lights similar to these. I was elated when I found this on Amazon and ordered them immediately.Thankfully both provide the amount of brightness needed for all my music charts. I like the option of using batteries as it keeps added weight off the music stand. However, you can use AC power too if that's a preference.Nice job on the product and it's definitely a keeper!

This is my favorite book light. I know it is marketed here as a music stand light, but I use it as a book light. Somebody lost my old one and so I had to buy another. My favorite feature is it uses normal AAA batteries (3 of them). Rechargeables work fine in it too (that’s what I use). I don’t like devices with built-in batteries because that sets a definite expiration on the item and I get tired of filling landfills with items that would continue to work fine if it weren’t for the worn out internal battery. But there is no worry of that here.It lasts many hours on regular nickel metal hydride batteries (the usual ones that come in AA and AAA size), so I don’t need to charge the batteries that often.It has four separate lights, two in each bendy pole and you can choose whether to run one or two in each of the poles. So it’s very versatile in terms of brightness level. The clip is wide and strong too so I can attach it to either the book itself or some object I’m sitting near while I’m reading. I suppose the only downside I can think of with this particular light is, it is heavier than some of the other ones out there. And that is because it has the two separate lights and it uses three AAA batteries which add a little weight to it. Having said that, I still have no issue, attaching it to the book itself that I am reading, even regular paperback books, which can be a little flimsy.

I like it! The rechargable batteries I tried didn't produce bright lights but the USB direct power connector .. DID!!It's so light weight I can clip it to my music instead of the stand on my grand piano.Only almost laughable complaint is that the manual (shows in my photo) gives a 12 month warranty and thoughtfully offers to answer and question or issue .. but .. leaves Off the contact info .. Entirely lol??But honestly .. at this price point .. I'm quite happy. Hopefully the LEDs will last and the buttons to turn on each unit will keep working.My Only complaint with the unit is I'd like one button to turn on Both lights instead of having to press two buttons to turn it on.I'd actually .. Prefer .. having No power buttons (one less thing to go wrong) as I'd just connect the USB power source to a Wyze WiFi Smart Plug and turn it on/off from my phone.

This Music Stand Light is just okay. While it provides good brightness and the dual-arm design is handy, one of the lights has an issue on mine—it turns off and on by itself with even a light tap. This can cause the batteries to drain quickly, which is pretty frustrating. If this issue were fixed, it would be a much better product. For now, it’s usable but not the most reliable option.

These are great little lights for using on a music stand or other needs. The clamp is strong and the lights are very adjustable. It has battery or plug-in power, which is great for using overlong periods of time or being able to take it away from an outlet. Haven’t had it long, so can’t speak to the durability, but seems to be fine so far. I love it and it works great.

Pretty much as described. Fast shipping and seems okay on quality. I do wish it was just a bit brighter, but it will light up the key board on my lap top. I like the fact it has the AA batteries - options!!

I am using this lamp for working backstage as a stage manager for a theatre group, using just on light made it so much easier to see my script in the dim backstage light. Been looking for one that was not too bright so that it would not show on the stage in the blackouts. Having the second light was a bonus for if I needed to look at other pages in other area of my corner. Will also use this for music performances outside when I need a light.
