This is a great banding wheel at a great price. The studio where I’m a member has the expensive blue name brand ones but I wanted something less expensive to use at home. I find that this wheel works just as well for my coil building and decorating. The blue ones at the studio have started to chip and rust on top, I think probably any wheel would with rough treatment, so I’m careful to clean and dry this wheel when I’m finished with it for the day. It’s very sturdy so it should last a long time.

This is a heavy duty product with a great price, comparable to the pottery banding wheel. Will be buying the next size up.

Love how easily this spins, yet it heavy duty enough to handle wet clay, or large pieces without drag.

This is a really nice heavy duty turn table for the price. As a potter, I'm more than pleased with it! I will order another one in the future.

I’ve been using it for weeks now without issues. It spins smoothly and is a good weight so it doesn’t move around during use. Though after a couple weeks without use, I’ve come back to see the turn table top rusting in some areas. Now, I like to keep my tools clean so I had washed off all the clay and dried it properly before storing it. Even then, the metal should’ve been sealed well enough to resist rust for longer than the month or two I’ve had it. And for the price I paid for it, I’d expect it not to rust. Maybe the one I received is defective, or maybe it’s just a sign of poor quality.

This item is very nice. Sturdy, heavy good quality except it came rusty. I read reviews that said the same thing and disregarded them. Thankfully it was not substantial but on the underside of the top there was rust everywhere. Item was sealed and shipped this way. Other than that, the item is great.

I have this in two sizes. The heavy weight helps jeep the canvases from flying like my lighter weight craft/cake plastic spinners.

I've been using this for a few months now, mostly to help with glazing. It turns smoothly, is very sturdy, heavy, and cleans up nicely. A really great little banding wheel!

Sachant que les meilleures tournettes (ex. SHimpo) se vendent 3 à 5 fois plus cher, et un modèle similaire peut se vendre jusqu'à 10 $ de plus sur d'autres sites, j'ai pris ce modèle en espérant que ça me dépannerait en attendant d'avoir les moyens d'une Shimpo. Jusqu'à maintenant, pas déçue du tout! Je l'utilise pour tourner mes pièces à décorer ou émailler, ainsi que pour la scupture et le façonnage. Parfois aussi pour tourner une pièce en vidéo. Bonne fluidité, solide et bien au niveau. Ne prens pas trop de place dans une étagère. Excellent pour ce prix!!!
