Did a 1yr flush on my Navien unit and found my cold side filter mesh dislodged and stuck in the line. Ordered this replacement. It arrived in 24hours in OEM Navien packaging with part # etc. I was able to exchange the piece within 30seconds. Direct fit. Thank you for the convenience, I was worried my unit would be without a filter for a while.

Bought this for a swap out so don’t need to keep water off long. Take one out ,put other in then I can take time to clean the one that was removed.

bought a few of these before venturing into our water heater to clean the ones we have. Arrived in manufactures packaging and appear to be exact replacements. havent had to use them just yet because the old ones cleaned up but its a good idea to have these on hand just in case.

The part the clips to the end is the water restrictor. My install came with a couple different ones (the kit), the one you use is specific to your model. If you need a new washer, grab it off of one of the extras (you saved them right?) Remember this before buying. Keep the original washers and small parts from the filter that you’re replacing. This filter does not come with any of that. It comes with just the filter. I swapped the old washers and small orange part onto this new one and it installs with ease. Good buy and good product.
