The 4 sets of transistors I received: BC547, BC548, BC557, BC558, were within acceptable specs.For instance, the BC557 I tested had a Hfe of 260 at Ic 5.01mA with a VBE of 0.783v @ Ib of 5.00mA. IcLeak was 0.0mA.All the rest were similarly within specs. Price is decent for Amazon considering you get a total of 100 transistors to use on diy projects.
