This definitely fits the starter my nighthawk, the only things I didn't use was the ring and the needle bearing that cam with the kit. After I tested mt bike started way better then it ever had.

So far I have not used the starter with the new kit. Very easy to rebuild with new kit and bench tested fine.

Main bearing and seal OD is larger than OEM. Brush holder fell apart and won’t hold the brushes as it should. Cheap product wouldn’t recommend. Should have bought from the dealer.
