In the field of apartment maintenance, you have your fair share of faulty low voltage lines and this product has saved and will continue to save me tons of money on fuses. Let alone build the confidence of my team as they use the product while diagnostics are being done. 10 times out 10 I would HIGHLY recommend!!!

This review is for a set of 5) 10 amp waterproof circuit breakers with waterproof caps. These are very well made circuit breakers compared to an identical looking set I got elsewhere. I can vouch for the fact that these will take the full load of my 100 watt high beam plus everything else I run without breaking, which is probably pretty close to 10 amps. I can tell you that these appear to be made from quality materials. But most importantly, the waterproof caps actually fit the switches, and when held under water, the caps are completely dry underneath when you remove them. The last set I got from another vendor appeared identical in the listing, but came made of what I believe is inferior quality materials, and the waterproof caps they came with didn't even fit the threads on the switches. I can't guarantee these will break when they are supposed to of course, but I can guarantee they will not break when they aren't supposed to, and they are actually, really, waterproof. I think that is as good of a recommendation as I can give to a product of this type.

Functionally, these are so very useful for use in varied environments, such as a Jeep or Water Vehicle. There are lots of resettable breakers for off-road and marine use, but few that provide protection from harsh environments in such a small package. The cover is not intrusive in the compartment, and is easy to attach, remove. I do wish they had included at least one spare cover, as it is possible to lose one, better yet, several covers of different color--red, blue, amber, green, etc for instant color coding. Rear connections are best made by a heat shrink covered female spade terminal, or use your own marine grade adhesive lined heat shrink over an uninsulated terminal. They can be readily attached to an existing panel or dash, or placed into the side of a box. I'll be getting at least another set--they really offer something a bit different and much more convenient.

The thermal breakers were just what I needed in building my new Switch Panel for my boat. I wanted a variety pack due to the different amp ratings of my boat systems. Some people are confused by the voltage rating being so high on some of these breakers, but I assure you they are for a 12 V system, regardless of the high voltage rating that they state. It’s all about the amps, and not so much about the voltage. These breakers and included boots appear to be of excellent quality, and although they have not been put to use yet, I’m sure they will provide the kind of reliability and performance that I need or I wouldn’t have ordered them. I actually purchased another four sets of these to complete my panel because the price was so right and they provided me enough different amp ratings to complete the panel. I highly recommend these and give them five stars.
