Ford or aftermarket do not sell cables to replace extended cable rear doors. Ordered these and clipped end off - fabricated my own ends installed on rear doors of ranger now my back doors lock and unlock. Length of cable not so important as distance of inner cable exposed.

These fit the extended cab doors of my 2001 Ford F250 Super Duty Powerstroke truck well. Doors now locking and unlocking correctly. The lower cable installation was easy. The upper cable was more of a challenge to connect one end to the latch.
