Questions you may be concerned about:
Q: Why not add a metal buckle to the spring brake? Is the spring easy to separate from the rubber stopper without the aid of the metal buckle?
A: Metal buckle could damage the rubber stopper under the huge shock in riding, which would be a potential risk. Therefore, we switched to high-quality rubber with high resilience. When the spring is installed, due to the elasticity of the rubber stopper, the spring will be firmly connected to the rubber. Its firmness is no less than adding a fixed metal buckle. So you don't need to worry about the spring will separate from the rubber stopper.
Q: Is the spring easy to rust?
A: In 2021, we have upgraded the zipline spring brakes to 304 stainless steel. The upgraded version is thicker and more resistant to rain, so there is no need to worry about rust even using it outdoors.
Q: Why not build a metal tube into the rubber stopper to prevent the cable from fraying the rubber stopper?
A: Those non-integrated low-density rubbers tend to break under the friction of cable, so a metal tube needs to be built into rubber to add durability. The metal tube is dangerous for cyclists as it may fray the cable, causing it to break. Our brakes use high-density, one-piece, high-quality rubber that is smooth and durable enough to withstand thousands of rubs without breaking or fraying the zipline cable. We firmly believe that safety comes first.

Works great. We have a 140’ zip line and used 2 of these to slow the kids down after 1 was an abrupt stop. Works perfect, kids can ride alone without me catching them now.

Great device! Personally tested by me! Because allowing children without testing is dangerous to their lives. When you touch the spring, you smoothly cling to it, it gradually changes its amplitude. You landed calmly and were not injured. The springs are reliable, sturdy. It has good nozzles. All this easily attaches to where you need it. I was tormented before, and now I enjoy a sporting vacation with my children! Thank you for not cheating.

I bought this to install on my zip line that I put up for my grandchildren. It is not as strong as I thought it was going to be and that was a little disappointing. It works but I would not recommend for use on a zip line stop.

Paired 2 together for a 75yd zip line across a pond. Works great for the kids and does an awesome job assisting the adults in the slow down.

Works for slower speeds/gradient, otherwise need additional brake. Ours was only17m long at 4degree slope and you would swing high when it fully compressed against the stop block. Eventually one of the rubber ends broke off but it still works.

this little spring will fool you on how fast it will stop you, again make sure the zip line is set up right for the spring to work as it will !!!!

Used it on a Zipline , put 2 on because 1 is just not long enough , 1 is 5 ft , but with 2 gives you almost 11 ft which when compressed still keeps away from tree/ pole without hitting it, . With 1 you would swing right into the tree/pole . Our Zipline is about 135 ft between 2 trees with a 3% drop and a child about 80lbs is well away from bottom tree with room to spare.
