Time will tell, but these seem solid. Im a 6' 2" 300lb guy and these are good solid grab handles we put on the bed rack of our work truck for getting in and out and they are holding up good so fare mounted to steel supports with stainless bolts.

I do like these, they help get up my stairs from out side. They help me from not falling down the stairs

Installed it to help steady an aged person when they need help moving around. Good and strong.

Description doesn't really let you know that only mounting pads are metal with molded plastic. Seem strong and will work for what I need.

I'm a handyman by trade, and installed these handles on some extremely heavy metal / spring-loaded property entrance gates at a large community housing facility. They are awesome handles and no signs of rust, which is the norm here in Hawaii (salt air). Incredibly well made.
