- Description:The Inch & Metric Thread Tester is an accurate and easy-to-use thread identifier for both nuts and bolts. Each individual gauge features a male threaded stud on one end and a female threaded hole on the other. The Thread Tester is especially well suited for distinguishing between similar inch and metric threads. Conveniently assembled onto a wire loop, it's the well portable solution! Hang it on your shop wall or store it in your tool box for safe keeping.
- Each size has a nut and bolt checker on the same gauge. 26 male/female gauges - 14 inch & 12 metric.
- Thread sizes are permanently stamped onto each gauge (inch in silver, metric in black)
- Inch gauges are clear zinc plated, metric gauges are black oxide.
- The individual gauges rotate freely on the wire cable for fast thread verification

I had been interested in adding this tool to my shop for a while but didn't want to pay the high prices I saw online from other vendors. This one is reasonably priced and does the job of helping me identify nuts & bolts before I head to the store.

I had wanted to get a set of these for a long time and finally bought them. Not something you will use everyday but I have used it a bunch. And it’s good to know what I need to get from the store when I have a job with a random nut/bolt.

Decent deal for the price but the sizes don't seem to be laser etched and only on one side. Don't know how long they'll last before the sizes scratch off. Better off paying more money and getting the updated version

Should have bought one of these years ago. Great for finding a replacement nut or bolt.
