I use mine in my finished basement so access the water shutoff to the outside spigot. Nice Clean look when installed. Light and Easy to install, a little "liquid Nails" holds the panel in place for a little bit and you are done.

FYI Measurements refer to the hole it fills not the overall size. Maybe this is obvious to most people but I couldn't find this detail until after purchasing it.
