So I normally wear large tee shirts however, chose to purchase the medium size as I wanted the ultimate compression. Currently, I had lost weight from 185lbs to 168 lbs and still progressing; skin due to age doesn't seem to flex back to normal and I needed support in those flabby areas around the stomach and man boobs. At first, the medium size was waaaay too small, but after I put the shirt on, it was quite comfortable for about 8 to 10 hrs. I don't recommend wearing longer than 10hrs for circulation issues as the arm holes are pretty tight.All in all, a great purchase at a reasonable price.

I've struggled with lower back pain for years. Keeping in mind everyone is different, the benefits I enjoy others may not. For me wearing one of these shirts has reduced my lower back pain 75%! I find them difficult to put on but reducing my back is very much worth the effort!

These are TOO Tight!!! At least 1 size too small. Other brands more true to size. These shirts should be snug NOT restraint jacket tight.

The size and material is good.The shirt is cut awkwardly. Can’t tell the front from the back.

UNlike many similar shirts, these are easy to put on and provide comfort and a good fit. Quality is what one would want. Stitching is well done, and overall feel is very good.

Great thermal shirts. The fit is true to size. They don't shrink. I live in south Texas and the winters are very mild. I use one of these shirts as an undershirt, then slip a Henley over it and I'm good to go. Highly recommend.
