Your cart is empty.The OEMTOOLS 22891 3/8 Drive Magnetic Spark Plug Socket Set includes three sockets that fit most automotive spark plugs: 5/8" (16 mm), 9/16", 13/16". This deep well socket set features a strong magnet in every socket that holds the spark plug in place whether one is removing or installing the plug. Other non-magnetic spark plug socket sets have inserts in the sockets meant to hold the spark plugs in place, but the inserts often come out of the sockets and get stuck around the plug. These stuck inserts can be a pain to get out with greasy or dirty hands, especially if the inserts get stuck repeatedly during a multi-plug replacement. This, however, is not a problem with these magnetic sockets. Each piece in this spark plugs socket magnetic set will hold the spark plug in place without coming apart and creating extra work. The magnetic 6 point socket set prevents spark plugs from dropping during installation and adds extra strength to getting stubborn spark plugs unstuck as a spark plug removal tool. The OEM TOOLS 3/8 socket set is made from an alloy steel that has been heat-treated and that has a Hard Chrome™ Finish. The deep markings on each piece of this spark plug tool set allow for easy identification. The entire magnetic sockets set is rust resistant, oil damage resistant, and unlike other sockets & socket sets, easy to clean. Given the advantages of a deep magnetic socket over a non-magnetic spark plug deep socket, these OEMTOOLS sockets belong in any spark plugs tools set.

Have had several of these sockets over the years, i use them professionally in a shop setting, so i've lost them, probably had an employee steal them etc.. i have never used a better spark plug socket, and these are MAGNETIC which is a plus for hard to reach areas, the magnet in my years of using this product, has never failed once or fallen out, one bad thing is, the stamping is small and can be hard to read, overall don't pay the high prices off the tool truck, get these, they are Taiwan made which is a plus in my book.

This is one of the few magnetic spark plug sockets on the market that will fully seat around your average sized plug. Used this to change the plugs in my Scion xB and one plug did get stuck in the socket and have to be punched out. That was the 1st plug I removed with this, and might have been a result of an excessively thick finish in the socket or something (unsure). Made in Taiwan.

Worked well with NGK Iridium spark plugs on my 1995 Integra GS-R. It's magnetic. You can't mess that up.

This socket set has the size I need for Toyota Camry 2018 SE. It is 9/16 (14 mm). It also has sizes fit for other vehicles of my house. Sockets are well-built and good-grip.
