Installed it on the back of my travel trailer. It had alot of extra slack but thats fine . It held my basket for 2,300 miles with 3 gas cans and a group 27 battery batteryGreat quality. Super thick and nice graded bolts with locknuts.

The build quality of this is great it supports 200 pounds continuously. It was very easy to install. I personally mounted mine with the bolts downwards because I intend to keep it on long term. What I really like about it is the adjustable tightness it made it very easy for me to get placement just right. I did have a bit of trouble however. The bumper crate I installed had smaller holes than that of the locking pins size so I had to use the original locking pin that came with my crate. So something for future buyers to be aware of.

Installed on the rear bumper of my camper. Bumper is 4"x4" and this fit well. The finish is powder coated so it should last much longer than paint. The materials are heavy duty and will hold up for a long time. I went with this receiver because of the bolt that can be tightened after the bike rack is installed to keep it from rattling during transport.
