I loved the variety of colors in the box, and right away did a quick kind of selective copy of some items on the box cover !! For my purposes I like the way they performed, I'm used to doing painted items on Black backgrounds, and I usually do a detailed layering of white paint on the black or dark surface as a foundation for the brightness of the colors applied later to be able to stand out, vividly ! But I already knew that the pastels would do well, but nothing as vivid as a painted foundation !! So I liked them very much, and In the pictures I sent you can see, I did, the fruit from the boxtop and then I a replica of a flatbread sandwich !!

It was my first time doing pastel oils on a canvas, did good on my first one! It’s super smooth and nice to put on the canvas, I didn’t have much difficulty doing it, though the blending is a bit of work if you only have your hands to do it, but it blends smoothly!

When I got these I didn’t realize they were mini size which is actually great. I have the same but larger sizer the normal one and the normal ones are great quality but these are so bad compared I thought they would be the same quality but not at all not pigmented doesn’t glide or cover paper in pigment can’t build up. Don’t buy just get normal size
