Your cart is empty.Okuma's baitfeeding system allows anglers to disengage their spinning reel spool and allow their bait to run freely. The baitfeeding system incorporates a secondary micro-adjustable drag system at the rear of the reel that allows for precise adjustment of the spool for bait control. In order to disengage this system simply turn the handle. The On/Off lever on the rear of the reel will automatically disengage the baitfeeding system so you can fight your fish with the main drag system.

This was our second okuma purchased!!! We were so pleased with the first Okuma reel we bought that we decided to purchase this as a gift for my father along with a brand new rod. The first time this rod went out fishing my dad was literally hooked!! We purchased braid line- 40#, and it was able to hold quite a bit of line. Our dad calls it the lucky reel because he said it catches fish every time. 😂 He has not had any issues, it handles very smooth and for the price you are getting such a quality product.

Caught 8 to 12lb wipers on it with no problems, have not used it on cats or anything over 15lbs. It's plastic so not as right but inexpensive and works great as a bait runner for big wipers.

Over all very satisfied with the purchaseReel feels good and balance well with the correct rod. The only issue is the max drag even though very smooth is only 12-14 lbs for the size of the reel I would have expected a little more stopping powerBut again over all great deal and reel first fish on the live line bait runner was a 28.25†7lb 11 oz brown trout

The reel was smooth as a Shimano, nice as a Daiwa, better that a pflueger and half the price, beat inflation buy an Okuma Avenger🤗

i used this reel yesterday, loaded up with 8lb line and fished on a feeder rod, caught plenty of fish (carp) and the bait runner feature was very useful, very smooth with excellent drag. Overall very impressed for the price and will buy another one soon.

These reels are mini baitrunners and work very well ,helped me catch 7 tench on hybrid tactics ,they match 7 ft feeder rods very well .
