When working with curved templates the 28mm cutter works best. You can cut those curves with ease. The titanium blades last and last! The 5 blade refill is a great bonus.

Why did it take so long for me to find this cutter?? Now, I've put my large 45mm cutters away.I found that my hands no longer hurt at the end of a day; from all the cutting. Even my full size ergonomic rotatory cutter left me with sore hands.And I love how much easier it is to cut small pieces. Love this cutter!!

I did not think I needed this as I have several others in different sizes. Well, THIS one is the best ever! It is so light and easy to use especially for sub-cutting smaller pieces of fabric for quilt blocks. It cuts 2 or 3 layers of quilt cotton and is very accurate, it glides near my rulers with ease. I love how easy it is to use especially with foundation paper piecing. I have found myself grabbing it for sizing up my crumbs or scrap fabrics. It is handy for working on a small area; I did not think rotary cutters were heavy until I used this little gem..so light and simple. I am really surprised by how much I like it...and so glad I decided to order it.

I have the 45m. and 60mm Olfa, too and love them, so of course I knew I wanted this size as well, and am so glad I finally got it! I mostly cut out fabric for quilting, and the 60 is perfect for cutting large pieces of fabric off the bolt and really any size. But for cutting out clothing patterns and anything small this is a dream. It is great for cutting around acrylic templates, too! I loved that the extra blades were included because priced separately i they are more expensive. I tried other kinds of blades claiming to be super sharp but they were a waste of money, they seemed to have flaws and left tiny bits of fabric uncut! So I only buy the Olfa brand and am never disappointed!

I thought all the glowing reviews must be exaggerated or paid. However, after many frustrations with my Fiskars rotary cutter, which never cut properly (terrible blades from the factory), which would pop itself closed if I used any amount of pressure when making cuts, which was a continual frustration, I decided to try this Olfa cutter. I love this thing! Now, I suddenly get all the love for rotary cutters! I thought they were terrible before, because the one I had was terrible!I wouldn't be without this little tool, now. The design is simply more stable. The cover mechanism can't "pop shut" on you while cutting, because the design is much better. The blades cut FAR better! If you sew or do fabric crafts, get yourself one of these. Get them for your friends who work with fabrics as well. You can look at my other reviews and see that I don't usually just rave about a product, but this one is superb! It isn't prettier. It isn't as visually attractive as my old rotary cutting tool, but oh, it works so much better!

Smaller than I expected in comparison to the rotary cutter I already have. Overall, it does the job. I would recommend this product.
