Quality cheese cloth. We use it to wrap up our deer while hanging. Invaluable to keep the bugs off. Works great

This is a large piece of cheese cloth that I purchased with the intention on cutting them into smaller pieces. I use these for covering meats that I dry brine in the fridge over night. These allow a barrier to the raw meat but still allow the meat to breath and release its moisture from the brining process. The quality of the product seems fine -- I have purchased other smaller sizes but I only need a size that will cover a platter of meats so even the smaller sizes were too big and I felt I waisted a lot. So I thought I would buy a big sheet and trim them down and store them in a zip lock bag. These appear to me to be on the thinner side but for my purpose they worked well.

I have used this while canning tomato juice (without seeds) this year. It was great, washed up well afterwards and after drying I used the same piece again later in the week.I highly recommend it.

I use it to strain kombucha, as a breathable cover for brews and sourdough, cheese and homemade strained yogurt. Durable and washable.

I use this cheese cloth for maple syrup and it does a very good job removing the nasties from the maple syrup when I am done boiling it down. Because of the bulk size, I have found many other uses for this.

Extraordinarilly nice material shows excellent manufactruring quality. Very fine 100 Grade mesh is surprisingly strong and stretch resistant. So much better than lesser grade materials I've had in past.

Great for reusable cheesecloth.I cut it up and hemmed the sides so it wouldn't fray, but left one piece unhemmed which has made it through two washes so far with minimal damage. Handwashing of course is even less damage. There are some specks, but it's not dirt it's just part of using natural unbleached cotton

so much lint, used it for about 5 times... boiling makes the lint problem worse
