Definitely kinda “ghetto” setup with how some of it is welded, and the material thickness is very thin which kinda makes me feel uncomfortable to stack heavy weight the rack. Even though it says it’s rated for x amount of pounds, that thin square tubing and metal they are using isn’t gonna cut it..The overall build quality is very nice tho, and I would definitely say it’s worth the price for a nice little bench set up.

The weight bench is cheaply designed, The j hooks seems to be made out of hard rubber or either hard plastic. Save your money and buy something better it's just not worth it

The good: Well packaged, easy to assemble, and overall pretty sturdy. All parts lined up perfectly (very unusual for chinesium products) and the hardware is very good quality.The bad: This was obviously designed for non-American use. It fits my 5'2" wife perfectly. My 6' frame; not so much. Bench is short, and my feet (completely flexed at the ankle) drags the floor when doing leg extensions. Leg extension pads are small (maybe 6"), slide off easily and entire extension piece is held on by just a bolt. I'm not sure how long that will last, or how much weight I can trust it with. If it wasn't for the thought of pulling it all back apart, I'd probably return it and get something else.

This bench is not only very sturdy for the price, the adjustability is also very nice. The adjustments for curls and leg press work perfectly, and best of all, when folded up it only takes up 1/4 the amount of space! This bench is perfect for beginners as it is simple to adjust, I recommend it for anyone who wants a bench but does not have tons of space in their home. Been using it 4 times a week for the past 4 months and there are no issues so i'd say it's a very good product overall, am happy with it.

Simple enough to assemble. I used a powered ratchet to make it go even quicker.Cool folding feature. You can fit it through a doorway if you take off the arm curl pad.I am 6ft tall and feel this unit is juuust big enough for me. The legs/arm curl section works fine, but the chest fly feels slightly off. Just use barbells. It looks like the newer model drops this features anyway.Also, I feel the bar support rests could be sturdier, but it works for my current strength level.All in all, I’m happy with the purchase, though I would opt for the “newer model available” if buying today.
