I started using these because I keep forgetting the stupid crush washers and don't try to over torque the drain plug to compensate for using the old ones. It also makes the job of changing your oil much easier. So far they have survived Ohio snow and salt, muddy construction sites, muddy farms and crossing streams and no issues with them ever. No accidental hits causing the valve to open that most worry about. No rust on them and a good flow rate.Hit the manufacture site to find what fits. The price is the same on Amazon but faster delivery usually.

I have 3 of the Fumoto Valve. Now based on the fact I told you I have 3, it's a good thing. I'm not so much of a mechanic myself but I like doing my oil changes cause it saves me money, time and gas having to drive to a shop to get it done. This makes oil changes less messy and easier to do at home. Technically pays for itself when you do a few oil changes in my opinion. Below I'll list the pros and cons.Pros:• Less mess and makes oil changes convenient.• Great build quality. Very resilient and lasts a lifetime of vehicle unless you smash these hard on something while driving.• Convenient lever for ease of use with choke collar. Attach a tube to the end and drain it to a draining pan.Cons:• It takes a while to drain. It's slower than draining without one.

Bought this for my 08 sequoia (07-13) tundra and it works fantastic. No more oil splashing all over my splash guard.

These valves are a fantastic idea. It makes oil changes a breeze. No more oil drops spilling over your hand when you first remove the bolt from the pan. No more worrying about overtorquing or stripping threads. No more tools. I have installed two of these on my cars. I only wish they made them for every other fluid drain!I’m giving them four stars because the thread size seems inconsistent. I’ve installed F103 in a Scion and Lexus. They both us 12mmx1.25 threads, but for some reason the threads go one super tight, like they are larger than the drain bolt. It makes me nervous installing them, but no problems yet.

Installed this on a Kubota AV6500 generator with Kubota GH400 engine. I had to unbolt and lift the engine slightly off of its base for clearance to install the valve which was accomplished easily. I also had to insert a washer as a shim between the blue gasket and the valve for proper alignment shown in attached photo. It was a fairly easy install and worth the little extra work to install for clean oil changes in the future. It would be helpful if FUMOTO had detailed drawings of their valves for installation purposes.

This is the best add on for DIY oil changes. With this fitted messy oil changes are a thing of the past.

This is made of brass and is really well made. The guy who changed my oil said it would be possible for it to be accidentally switched so the oil would come out. I don't think that's remotely possible. But this did not fit my car - Honda Accord 2009.

Bought this for my 5th Gen 4Runner. The best mod for an oil change. On my next oil change it'll be so easy and not messy as before. Should have bought this a long time ago.
