For the price, this is a good junction box. It serves his purpose and appears to be made of reasonably good plastic. No complaints.

Product seems quality, came closed and sealed, and definitely air tight. The air pressure inside was lower and so it was vacuum sealed tightly shut, took some leverage to get it open.

It comes with din rail cable glands and a few other accessories. If you need a box that you need access to, this is great. Latch on the door is good too. I did return this, since I decided that for my project I did not want the box to be opened easily. It turned out to be a little too large for my needs as well.

Nice project box. Seal seems very secure. My application is inside and required drilling for forced air cooling. Good selection of accessories for mounting.

I'm always tinkering and building something and prefer to use these boxes for those projects. It feels like good quality and I trust the seal to keep it water tight. It is outside so hopefully I'm not wrong.

I was impressed by the construction of this box. Yes it's ABS plastic, but the plastic is approximately 1/8" thick (the cover is a bit thinner though). The latches did their job, as did the rubber seal. In fact, when it arrived I could not open it despite being unlatched. The problem was air pressure -- the seal was so good that the low pressure instead the box kept it securely shut until I was able to pry it open enough for the air to leak in.

I purchased this so I can mount a Zigbee 4 channel relay board inside it to keep it out of the elements.It came with multiple mounting hardware including a DIN rail. There are no holes so you will need a drill and bits so you can install the fittings and mount this to a location of your choice.
