There is nothing wrong with the product, bolts were great quality; the problem is with the product development. The smallest width these bolts can accommodate is 4" (as stated) however standard 4x4 posts measure 3.5"x3.5" in actuality. You would think a company that markets products for wood projects would take that into consideration.
