Pay attention to the measurements. This was much larger than what I needed. But it’s made well and is sturdy.

I've had such a large grain bill in our 50 gallon kettles that this paddle was screaming for mercy as it was almost at a breaking point! She pulled through though! This paddle is awesome!

This paddle was perfect for us to use in stirring our mash in making our beer. The handle is long enough to provide support and the paddle is well made.

Solid, built well. We mash in a big orange cooler and this is the best for moving grain in a confined space. We also have someone who does wood burning and he burnt a custom design on it for us.

I bought this with high expectations given reviews and my LHBS’s also carry the same one. I used it twice to mix grains during the mash in and the mash out process. On the second time, during the mash out, it broke. I was disappointed given the grains still had some moisture and were not very difficult to mix around. I have contacted Amazon; we will see the outcome.
