I needed my cargo box this weekend and can't seem to find the keys. No local dealers carry spare keys. All they can do is use a master key to remove my lock core and have me buy a new set. Well, hard to bring the cargo box to the store if I can open it to mount it.Thanks for having this in stock and ready to ship. Got it in 2 days.

Not only are these keys not functional, they aren't even cut the same...as each other. It's a pair of the same key...and they don't match. Nevermind that neither of them don't match the key they are replacing.

This key did what it was supposed to do - it opened the roof top carrier that was stuck on my car for a month after I misplaced the key. It worked smoothly in the lock the first time without any struggle. No burr grinding, altering, or finagling. Of course, be sure to order the correct key for your lock!

The set of Thule keys I received from this seller only actuated one of the four lock cores on my SUP rack… until I de-burred the cut surfaces of the key with a wire brush. Then they worked great. Y’all should do this before writing off these keys as nonfunctional. For effective de-burring, either clamp the key in a vise (or vise grip) and use a strong steel brush, or use a wire wheel-equipped bench grinder.
