I purchased this because I work in Public Works and occasionally I have to go up in a bucket truck. I got tired of always having to adjust the harnesses that are provided to us, so I decided to buy my own. When I first got it, i put it on and sized it to me. I'm a bigger guy at 6'4" 280 lbs and it fits me comfortably. If I was wearing this all day, every day, I would probably spend the money and invest in one that is more comfortable and padded though.What I like about it most is the comfort. I also like how the thigh straps are actual buckles. It is pretty easy to put on and take off and I found it doesn't tangle up that bad, especially when riding around in a compartment on the side of the truck. The price point is great as well.What I don't like about it is the sternum strap. I wish it had a different buckle on it. But it's not a huge deal for me.If you are just starting out in construction, or you need a harness but don't use one frequently, then this is for you. If you are going to be wearing a harness for hours every day, or most days, I would probably pass on this one and invest in one with padded straps as it will be more comfortable. If it matters to you, this harness is not fire resistant. This also makes a great back up harness if you have a worker come onto your job and they don't have one.

These are not the very best they work and are fine for our use,we only have small scissor lifts max out at around 10 feet,but this is only my opinion higher then that get the more expensive one with more strength
