It might be "renewed" but this VCR and remote both looked almost new. It was clean, inside and out, and works great. To my surprise, included with the VCR was an RCA (video/left/right) to HDMI converter complete with a nice set of RCA cables and a quality HDMI cable.

I ordered this machine so I could watch old family videos and VHS movies. It did not include a remote or RCA to HDMI converter like some of the other buyers are reporting. I had to order it separately.Other than that it works fine

It's hard to tell that it is a used VCR. All neccessary parts included (HDMI converter, new cables, and remote controller). Works fine. Packed well.
