Insturction:
1. Get the materials ready. Let's begin.
2. Place the cutting block (not included), put the hole cutter in the place that installs grommet.
3. Tap around the bottom of the cutter evenly, punch the hole.
4. Install the grommet.
5. After installing the grommet, gently rotate several circles, and ensure the grommeted clamp the cloth tightly.
6. Put grommet on the matched mandrel according to the diagram. (The mounting rod stays vertical while beating)
7. Beat the mandrel evenly, be careful not to overexert, complete the installation of the grommet.
8. Well done.

These seem a little flimsy to me. I had a few smash when installing. I also had a couple fall off after I installed them. Make sure you use a hard surface underneath your grommets and material when installing. I used a piece of wood. The tools supplied to install them seem pretty sturdy, and they came in a nice case. I might have to update my review after a few months to see how they hold up.

Exactly as expected. Product quality was good too. Had a small problem with the quantity of eyelets included but the seller was quick to respond and provided a solution that exceeded my expectations hence the 5 stars. As for the tool itself it works exactly as described. I do recommend placing a wood plank underneath your project - this will give it stability and just the right amount of softness to work correctly. You should do a few practice runs to get a feel for it but once you figure it out then it only requires about 3 medium taps from a hammer. If you need to use the hole cutting tool I recommend NOT doing this on a super hard surface like stone or brick. The reason is that the tool needs to be able to dig/cut beyond the surface of the material to adequately punch a hole (don’t be afraid to give this part of the process very heavy taps from the hammer). Again a piece of ‘scrap’ wood is best. Scrap = wood of no value as this entire process will permanently damage any surface you perform it on. Do not use cardboard - it will punch through it.

I have never done grommets before and there are no instructions with the kit but after a 5 min YouTube tutorial I was ready to go. My 2 practice grommets on my fabric were great: the holes punched cleanly and the grommets installed easily. However, as soon as I tried to punch holes on my actual project, the hole punch was too dull to work! What should have been a 15 minute project turned into an hour long task with scissors and an awl. Disappointing.

I’m totally discouraged after reading multiple 4 and 5 star reviews saying how great these grommets are. Don’t waste your money, they are paper thin and the tool to install them is crudely made and inaccurate. I’ve installed numerous grommets over the years and these are total junk.

Ich bin total begeistert, habe jetzt schon mehrere Set's ausprobiert. Diese Ösen sind die ersten, die so eine hohe Anzahl an Wäschmaschinengänge überlebt haben. Nutze sie zur Befestung der Windeln bei meinem Rüden. Die Lochstanze benutze ich nicht, bei mir werden die Löcher mit einer Schere gemacht. Naja eher gesagt sind dies Schlitze. Öse durch den Schlitz durchführen, unteres Schlagwerk drunter und oben zwei/drei mal mit dem Hammer draufschlagen und fertig ist man. Wirklich einfach, schnell und sauber!

Parfait ! L’outil fourni avec les œillets permet de les sertir très facilement. Je les ai utilisés pour renforcer la bâche en plastique d’une serre à tomates. Réussite complète, la bâche est maintenant solidement fixée sans aucune possibilité de se déchirer par grand vent. Je n’avais jamais serti d’œillets et j’avais un peu un doute sur la qualité mais j’ai été très agréablement surpris. Je conseille vivement

Molto utile la scatoletta che raccoglie i pezzi e gli accessori per il loro assemblaggio.Io non disponevo di una base solida di appoggio sulla quale controbattere con un martello, così non ho utilizzato l'accessorio per fustellare il tessuto ma ho semplicemente praticato una incisione a croce con la forbicina.Per lo stesso motivo per l'assemblaggio degli occhielli al tessuto, non ho ribattuto sugli appositi accessori con un martello ma mi sono servito di una morsa da banco.Il risultato è stato perfetto.

Qualität vom Ösenmaterial und vom Werkzeug sehr gut.Tip für die Montage:Dickes Brett auf die Ecke über dem Tischbein positionieren da hier so gut wie keine Rückfederung zu erwarten ist.Für Benutzung in Mietwohnungen an die Ruhezeiten denken.
