First one came completely shattered. Reordered and returned first one. Second order came in 2 days and was fine not sure if these pastels are breaking in the shipment or were broken when they were packaged. Very difficult to tell unless you open them. Otherwise a good priduct

I was watching a Colorist's Live Stream of her adult coloring Captin America with a Galaxy background surrounding her. She uses white pan pastel like a pro and her pictures come out breathtaking! I want to learn how to finish my adult coloring pages as she does, so, along with a tutorial from her, I had to have the right tools! I'm very happy with my purchase!

I like this paint, even though I haven’t used it very much. I think it will be a fun addition.I have one complaint though. I ordered a set, which comes well packed in a plastic case. It came in great shape. I ordered a single white to go with it. It came singly, not in a case. It was loose in a packing bag and it came completely pulverized to powder. So I won’t order any more single colors unless someone can assure me that it will be packed in a protective way.

Came as a loose powder. Not broken or cracked, completely loose.I'd run out of white pastels while working on a large scale project, with a close deadline. Forced to use the product immediately, I have no time to return and replace, so loose powder it is!I can only dab my applicator into the powder, versus rubbing which saturates the applicator better and secures the powder between the fibers.Instead, by dabbing, I end up with too much. It all falls off with the first stroke, so I end up pushing it around trying to fill in more space.I end up with a TON of waste, a mess, and blotchy work... unless I want to fiddle around with loose powder for hours.Also, it doesn't build like they claim. No better than mid-line soft pastels. Perhaps that's because of my defective order. I'll never know.

Needed it to try a color fix for some flowers. It worked but does rub back off quite easily.

I bought this product for a few reasons. The main one was transferring a sketch to a black piece of paper which tracing paper cant be used. I saw a YouTuber suggest this as a possibility so I took her word for it. It works well, just go lightly with it because it tends to get messy and make the black paper blotchy with it.

Pan Pastels are great products but the company needs to wrap them before they are shipped. Arrived with all the pastel broken. The company sent a second one straight away and it was also broken but not as bad as the first. These products are fragile like glass so they need to be wrapped before putting into a satchel.

Amazing quality, amazing pigment. I'm using this on dolls, using aerosol sealant, and it does not disappoint. Pan Pastels are it for me. Expensive, but worth it.
