I love that it can hold tons of oil pastel but I don't have to use up all my pastels scrubbing into the paper! It's got a good tooth. Not too much, not too little. Extremely durable. Great value. Will be repurchasing!

Review of GR DZPLUS Oil Pastel | 9x12 in (123 lb/200g) | 30 Sheets Heavyweight Drawing PaperIt works reasonably well, with enough texture to grab the oil pastel. Nice paper. The image attached is a partial view of an oil pastel copy I did of a RA Blakelock painting.

I had almost used up the smaller ones and decided I would try a larger size. I have not tried any of these yet but if they work as well as the smaller ones I will be very happy. The paper is good quality and rather heavy. I like the texture. A good buy!

This paper is sanded just enoug. Sort of similar to canson xl sanded paper; sort of. I bought the 30pk of 9x12. I used a budget set of oil based pencils for the drawing. I do think soft or oil pastels will do really well with this paper.

This paper is easy to work with and very thick. It is worth your money if you were doing watercolors.
