The reels are good. They definitely serve the purpose in allowing me to roll my lights instead to the tedious task of bundling to rebox. However, the shipping was less than desired. Instead of Christmas light reels, I was shipped a box of hangers. Amazon support took care of that, but I had to make a trip to the UPS store to return the incorrect shipment. When I received the correct order one of the screws on the reel was poking through the cardboard box and bent. My husband was able to straighten the screw in order to make it work.

I purchased this set as it was what I needed at the lowest price-point. Let's be honest - not much durability needed to store Christmas lights - which is good because this item isn't the most durable. Arrived in good condition and assembled easily. These items will do what needs doin'.
