I've struggled with certain spots where our typical grass just wouldn't grow. Enter this ryegrass, which has been a game-changer. Within just two to three weeks, we had lush, green grass reaching 2-3 inches in height. Let me make this quick. I just ordered my third bag of this product. The seed germinates in about eight to nine days and is a very beautiful green-looking grass. It took my barren-looking yard and turned it into an emerald wonderland! I am not exaggerating; it looks like a storybook yard. Delivery is slow, germination is slow, but the end result is worth the wait. I'm doing it all again for the third time. The germination percentage looks to be in the very high 80 percentile, or low 90's. I suspect our landscapers are to blame for some of that with their riding mowers blowing things about every Monday morning. This winter will be green in my yard. Thank you.
