These balls assisted healing for me following a wrist procedure. They worked following exercises I learned in physical therapy and online resources. Rolling them in my hand initially was difficult yet after using them daily for several weeks, my fingers and wrist felt significant improvement. Now I use them daily as a coping tool for my hyperactivity when working. They are durable and not sticky like I imagined. They are a multipurpose product that I suggest for anyone interested in less expensive items with more than just one use.

Sadly, my mother was working through neuropathy in her hand while my sister received a recent arthritis diagnosis. So, this was definitely needed and used in daily hand exercises. It is well made with three degrees of firmness, (you can easily start exercising with a soft egg and work your way up to the firmer eggs when you feel comfortable to move up).

Recently had shoulder surgery and needed to do grip exercises so I got these. The little eggs things are quite a bit firmer than I expected, so it took a while to use them comfortably with my injured arm. There was no smell to them despite being a rubbery textured ball which was nice. That said, I feel like I’m going to pop them with my good hand — I haven’t and I don’t see any damage to the eggs, but the build quality is weird.All that said, it will definitely build hand strength and for the price, it isn’t a bad deal.

Bought these for my friends and I for when we donate Plasma! They are perfect! They are gel so they give more resistance than your typical foam stress ball which is helpful when pumping your hand during donation. Love the colors also! Great product! Highly recommend

I got them and they are pretty cute. However, they each feel like the same in the squeeze test. They are sticky and feel like they’ll fall apart easily. I have to hide them from my dogs because they would have them in pieces in no time. I kept them because they’re useful for hand exercises and stress relief.

I was worried they would leave a residue on my hands, or somehow leave my hands a little sticky/tack-y, based on prior reviews. But in my experience, they don't leave anything on my hand at all. My hands were still smooth and dry after a squeezed them a bunch. I like them a lot. Could hardly tell a difference between the firmness of the green and the black. Would like one even less firm than the purple, just because they are fun to squish.

I purchased these for my wife to help strengthen her grip so she can better rack her carry gun with confidence. They are nice to have at work so you can grab it and workout anytime though out the day. It’s nice having different sizes.

Fun colors! These are a little small for my hands - just slightly bigger would be helpful. I'm a female with 7 3/4" from the top of my wrist to the tip of my middle finger - so a little larger, fatter ball would give better exercise. But the density of these is good - firm, yet yielding to pressure - so for a smaller hand, these would work well.

Lo compre porque me operaron de túnel carpiano en las dos manos, y esto me ha ayudado mucho en la recuperación. Vienen tres huevos y cada no tiene una dureza diferente para que vayas del más blando al más duro según vayas recuperando fuerza en la mano. Son de un material plástico que parece pegajoso pero se limpia bastante fácil. Además viene en una bolsita muy practica para guardarlos. Los recomiendo 100%, a mi me ayudaron mucho.

Great for hand therapy/Physio. They maintain their shape and size and have a good resistance. Naturally fit the palm of your hand. Would recommend.
