Unfortunately the amount of this product included with the OEM log is in adequate. These are a must have when installing a new Peterson log .

Worked as expected. Wasn't sure if this would be enough or too much and it was the perfect amount. I didn't put the rocks down so not sure how messy it was, but overall, no one complained about a mess so assumed it was manageable.

These just make my gas logs look so real...these are a must buy to finish the look!

The rock is fine. However, for my Peterson Real Fyre ceramic log set, I only needed 5 lbs - not 10, as I expected. It seems to me that only offering a 10 lb. option is upselling. And now, what do I do with the extra 5 lbs. of rock?

Looks great to fill in around my gas logs. I needed 1.5 bags of this to do mine. Make sure not to block the front of the "glowing embers" tray if you have a Peterson Real Fyre. My only complaint is that these lava rocks are fairly expensive for what they are.
