No stars. This thing is HORRIBLE!! No instructions, had to watch a video to figure out how batteries go in. When it finally did work, it did absolutely nothing for any of my pets. Didn’t work on my golden retriever, my terrier mix and the noise terrified my cats, so couldn’t get it near them. Extremely unhappy - DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! Junk!!

First took forever to get mailed from overseas. It does not have enough power, I have two Chows so my take is if you have a pet with thick coat, this is not for you.

When I got this, from the first day out of the package it didn't work. I should have sent it back then, but kept putting it off. I put new batteries in it tried different ways of putting them in and still no sound , no blades turning, NOTHING. I Know I can't get a refund now, wanted to say what a waste of money this was
