Assembly instructions were easy to follow. Machine is very sturdy and stable. Great for back and stomach exercises. Machine is adjustable for persons of varying heights. Very good value. Made of steel.

Good quality, fits me easily at 6'2" and 200 lbs. I don't even have the padded arm out all the way. Design seems good compared to others that seem like they could tip

Came very well packed. Double boxed! That was unexpected.Assembles easy, took about 40 min, and I'm one of those guys who ALWAYS follows directions carefully so that's a "slow n careful" assembly time w a couple distractions.Unit is sturdy. There is an ever so slight "play" in the adjustable arm, as there is a black plastic bushing inside so its not metal on metal. This is expected. It's not excessive and not noticed while using.Onlyt CON is the metal is not really thick so you can over tighten the bolts and start to collapse the largest metal tube under the pads so go easy tightening there. (See 2nd Pic, I slightly "pocketed" the metal by tightening a bit too much)Pads are thick and comfy while using.Overall, it's not a professional gym build quality machine, but for home use to rehab my low back, it works well, and at the price point (135) it is worth it.I like it!

Absolute piece of garbage. Locknuts are filled with plastic, you will not be able to tighten onto the screws. Total ripoff, do not buy!

I’m a 240 lb guy. I was worried this wouldn’t hold my weight well but it does really good actually. Very sturdy, and feels comfortable when using it.

Took about an hour to put in together-it’s sturdy and works well for all heights even over 6 ft and 180 pounds- nice addition to home gym

I highly recommend this Roman chair. It’s great for the lower back, it’s the only piece of equipment that can really hit that area, but control how hard you’re working without over doing it.

Easy to assemble, satisfied with overall product. Only immediate improvement would be to add additional padding to handles. Additionally and although a good design. Metal frame is not of highest quality so purchaser will need to make sure they understand this not a high gage metal framing and consider training uses. Overall a good addition to your home gym for hypertension and postural -glute training.
