Looks like a quality piece on first arrival. It’s pretty strong as I tried to see if it would bend easily with my hands and it wasn’t bad at all. The size so great and looks good too. I know it’ll certainly be capable of picking up big slices and cut with the serrated edge.

I purchased this utensil to replace a flimsy, plastic pie server that was several years worn out. That plastic implement of embarrassment was all I had on hand to serve one of my most requested homemade pies during the 2024 holiday. It didn't do a very good job serving the dessert I'd so carefully constructed because it was 2x too small, and consisted of thin brittle plastic. Honestly, my family could've cared less about *how* that pie was served, as long as they each got a piece. But to me, it was an overlooked, important detail of the holiday meal - equivalent to serving your famous gravy in a coffee mug.This replacement pie serving utensil is shaped like a pie server & performs like a pie server, but comes packaged in a box as a slicer & server for pizza. The only time I've used this type of tool for serving pizza was in a restaurant pizzeria. When your pizza is already pre-cut, then you can use this serving utensil to distribute the slices with panache, and without anyone getting handsy.The utensil I received is definitely nicer than I was expecting. The stainless steel serving end is generously sized for the largest of pies. The handle is manufactured of thick, sturdy black plastic with a comfortable, but secure grip, and features a smooth piece of inlayed stainless steel as a decorative accent. The instructions state it is dishwasher safe, but I'd probably place it on the top rack, if I actually had a dishwasher.I am quite impressed with the build quality, substantial weight, appearance and function of this serving tool, especially for the price. It actually reminds me of Cuisinart's line of kitchen utensils, (or the brand OXO). The cost of this one is a mere fraction of what those branded servers cost though, but does the same exact thing. I wouldn't be surprised if they weren't actually made in the same factory.The next holiday pie I divide & serve with this tool will feel the love & respect! I wholeheartedly recommended this utensil for all pie occassions!

This is such a nice pie server. It's pretty heavy duty in my opinion, the handle is nice and fits well in the hand. This item is priced at right around 5 bucks, making it a great bargain when compared to those cheap plastic ones. I love the look of it and would order this item again
