I bought some cheap lead first to see how it would go and it was just trash. This is high quality and make you enjoy writing.

I've been using Uni NanoDia in 2B, and I wanted to see what all the fuss was about the Neox. After using up 108 leads of the NanoDia and switching to the Neox, I can appreciate the feel of the Neox. For reference, I am using a GraphGear 1000 by Pentel in 0.9mm. It is smooth and silky and leaves great lines. Nice and dark too for 2B (almost on the verge of 3B). Only thing I noticed is it won't mark up certain hard materials like the NanoDia did. But I mostly use it for writing. The other problem with it is it will use more lead being softer. But that is OK. I like the feeling of the lead. I'd rather go through more and be happy -- doesn't bother me. Which IIRC, most people said you'll be pumping through lead like Led Zeppelin. Fine with me, it writes nice, and I appreciate the feeling and the nice dark lines. I highly recommend this lead!

This is the best 2B lead one can buy is you like smooth, bold, dark strokes. I love it!

B grade leads are better in 0.9 sizes for balance of darkness and hardness. Excellent product.

By far the darkest lead I’ve used with my 0.9mm mechanical pencil. I love it. Price is also definitely a factor though, if it’s too expensive then I can’t buy. Highly recommend this lead.

A true 2B lead and the best I've ever used: dark and smooth. Yet, it erases incredibly well.

Good value pack and the dispenser is nifty. It felt odd buying 0.9mm refills when I have hundreds of 0.5mms and had never used this type of dispenser, it's really good. The leads themselves are nice to use with H being a compromise between softness and durability.
