I purchased this Piscifun line spooler on Amazon for $19.99. It's a breeze to use and perfectly spools fishing line of any type to the reel. I used 15 lb. braided line to a baitcasting reel, 3-5 minutes. Quick setup, durable quality. Not chintzy. Attaches firmly to every size rod I've tried. The knob that adjusts the pincers to the supply spool tightens down to a desired, consistent tension. Easy to disassemble, two (2) pieces. Stows comfortably in fishing bag, tackle box, or glove compartment. This line spooler is a breakthrough product for me compared to the old school method of spooling a reel.I have not used the suction mount.Nicely boxed. Gift ready.Highly recommended.

I was surprised at a time when quality products cost a ton more, this didn’t. I change my fishing line often. I put this purchase off forever not seeing the value. Well I was wrong. This helped in eliminating line twist and especially, becoming the 3rd hand. The product is of high quality with multiple ways to set up how to place the reel of string. Attached to the rod or a separate suction cup to stick on a solid surface with a built in vise to control tension. Just too easy.

I like this device a lot, I've used it twice, mounted to a counter and it's worked perfectly both times. Way better than a box with a pencil pushed through.....

It works, but, it does not hold the smaller spools, about 350 to 400 yards. The angle of the ends ofthe holding unit do not stay in the holes of the spool, they are too large for those holes. Whenspooling a spinning reel, the spools just rock back and forth. It does not go round in a circle as thevideo shows. You do get "Line Kink". The idea is a good one, but, I do think that there could be somemodifications made, especially with the unit that holds the spool. I suggest a "Cone" end ratherthan a round or ball shaped end. The price is fair, but I couldn't recommend it.
