I've been using it as my main bag for 700+ deliveries now, and it's still holding up just like new. Can fit more than you would expect, and for smaller orders you can flatten the bag around the food a bit to close up that extra space to keep the food hotter than if you were to keep it in it's full box state. Was able to comfortably fit 3 Taco Bell party boxes in it, and the largest Mc Donald's bags fit easily as well, just lightly fold the top of the McDonald's Bag. Also delivered 10 mini-blizzards from DQ 5 miles as pictured, bag stayed cold after flattening the top of it a bit to form around the order, and drove without issue.Insulation is great, just remember to squeeze the cold air out if your food doesn't take up most of the bag after zipping it up, the bag will be steamin' sometimes and have moisture along the inside of the bag.It won't be able to handle large 18 inch pizzas, but large pizza's from Pizza Hut, Dominos, and Little Caesars haven't been an issue, I actually delivered about 8 pizza boxes from Pizza Hut a week ago in this bag, and have delivered 5 Little Caesars Pizzas as well. Anything larger though will need a 18x18 or 20x20 pizza bag--it's not worth the hassle to try cramming an 18inch pizza box in diagonally in the bag haha (trust me).I've used common sense with it, if I load it to the brim, I don't just use the handles to carry the bag. It's been able to handle grocery orders for customers and myself, but again, use common sense if you're trying to load it up with 8 gallons of milk. Support it with an arm if the bag is too heavy, or just unload it in your car when you arrive home / at a customer--it's done it's job by that point.Oh right, the zippers still work fully well, hasn't gotten caught or needed any excessive force after all this time / use. I tore a little bit of the insulation in the bag with a sharp edge from a box or something--but a wee bit of tape has patched that. Handles are still in great shape, no tearing or fraying on that end.Overall been very pleased with this bag, it is my first and only large bag, but it does the job well, and really don't know what I would want in another bag. Pairs well with a smaller bag for cold items (Like frozen yogurt bowls / ice cream). Customers have complimented the bag, and I'm sure they also appreciate seeing the bag in the edges of photos for those "Leave at door" requests, knowing that their food was properly taken care of.

I had to return the first bag because it came used and would not close. I immediately sent it back for a replacement. I am so happy I did not ask for a refund, as this is a great bag. I use it for gig work and gotten my biggest tip ($36.) using this bag. I have used it to hold three large pizza pies at one time. This bag is strong and durable and keeps the food hot/warm as expected. This bag makes handling my deliveries from the car to the door so much easier. Many of my hand to customers always comment on how stylish this bag is. They also say they appreciate the effort I put in to deliver hot pizza. I recommended buying this bag as it virtually paid for itself.

I do DoorDash and this bag is the best I've seen on the market, I think the price quality is excellent, it keeps the food warm and the size is great

Will fit four 12-14in pizzas, 2 maybe 3 18in pizzas. Only thing I don't like is that it doesn't completely seal, small gap on the sides of the flap, but that's because it uses velcro to close not zippered. The velcro does make it easier to open when delivering, so I guess you have to traid one for the other. Overall 4.5 out of 5. Plus the package I ordered (black one) came with a six pack cooler bag too.

It is a great bag well constructed. It does not mind going back into its more original shape or folded shape without too much issue. I have used it solidly over the last couple of months and I've only ever needed to wipe it down. Definitely worth the money especially as a food delivery driver. The only thing I can think of is that it does not have a removable separator. But other than that it has definitely been a great bag and I will be going with more products from the IceMi lineup.
