This is a good headset but the sound can be low on some programs. The low sound could be the somewhere I have it hooked to so I can't necessarily say its the headsets issue. Battery does drain a little fast but there is a side compartment where you can charge an extra battery .

Does not come with a power adapter. I still kept it as I have one on hand because this purchase was replacing my Plantronics W740.

So disappointed. Finally splurged on this headset and its been nothing but trouble. Kicks you off calls if you are in terms and your cell phone rings. Battery life won't even make it the entire work day. Stops syncing if you switch between teams and zoom. Endless headache. Called support w no help.
